Our support plans offer tiered response times. Our Standard plan guarantees a response within 48 business hours. Our Priority plan offers a 24-hour response. Our Emergency plan for mission-critical platforms offers a 4-hour response for P1 incidents.
Do I need to be on a retainer for bug fixes?
No. We also offer one-off bug fix and update services billed at our standard hourly rate. However, clients on monthly retainers receive priority scheduling and a discounted rate.
Can you maintain a platform that DevignLabs did not build?
Yes. We frequently onboard clients who had their platform built by a previous agency or developer. We'll do a thorough technical audit of the codebase first to understand the architecture before taking over.
What if I don't use all my retainer hours in a month?
Unused hours roll over for one additional month on our Starter and Growth plans. On our Scale plan, unused hours roll over indefinitely.
